The location of the property was great and stunning, close to the Concert Hall. We were moved to an a double room with a comfy bed and extra touches, as example;)))

The hotel was conveniently located near pubs, Toronto, and the First Ontario Concert Hall. the room was great, and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was clean and provided essentials like a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets.

The double room was good-sized and breathtaking with fresh fruit.

The hotel is absolutely charming. the property's location is amazing, right in the middle of Jackson. It's close to the First Ontario Concert Hall, Toronto's nightlife, and the bus station.

Grey Gardens Hamilton Instant Hotel was a fantastic value for the money. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to the city and public transportation. The staff, especially JP, was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

JP, the host, was amazing and made our stay entertaining and fun. The place was spotless and had a well-equipped bathroom. Despite some communication issues, we found the area to be quiet and relaxing, providing a peaceful environment. we had a delightful experience and would be happy to return to Grey Gardens Hamilton Instant Hotel & Guest House.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few drawbacks. The communications with the hotel were poor, as our text messages went unanswered and we didn't encounter the second host, Christina.

The communication with the owner was fantastic and they were very accommodating with our late check-in. The property was beautifully decorated with chic and upmarket furnishings. Our bedroom was comfortable, and the newly refurbished bathroom with a big shower was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the fresh bakery goods, orange juice, and lovely coffee provided for breakfast.

We had trouble getting in touch with the property to arrange a change in check-in time, and were left locked outside without any assistance. The area surrounding the hotel felt sketchy and unsafe, which made us uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with close access to various eateries and the Concert Hall. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
